A Bird in the Hand, No longer Worth Two in the Bush

After much debate in Parliament today it has been officially decided that a bird in the hand is no longer worth 2 in the bush. “A Bird in the hand will only be worth the one bird in the bush” The House speaker stated, insisting this only fair given how long birds in the bush have been trading on an all time high.
